Welcome to Medical Case! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Medical Case mobile application ("App"). By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Purpose of the App
Medical Case is an AI-powered clinical simulation platform designed for medical education. The app enables users to: • Work through realistic patient case scenarios step by step • Practice clinical reasoning, diagnosis, and treatment planning • Earn XP and track progress across medical specialties • Compete on leaderboards with peers worldwide • Receive AI-generated feedback on clinical decisions The core purpose is to help medical students, residents, and clinicians build better clinical reasoning skills — through doing, not memorizing.
3. User Registration and Privacy
Medical Case may require users to create an account, and all data is stored securely on cloud-based servers. All data entered by users, including case progress and performance data, is securely stored and tied to the user's account. Only the user has access to their own data. Users are subject to Medical Case's privacy policy regarding the processing and storage of their data.
4. Content and User Responsibilities
Users interact with AI-generated clinical scenarios and educational content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they use the App appropriately for educational purposes only. Medical Case is not a diagnostic or treatment tool — all content is strictly for educational and training purposes. Users must not attempt to use content generated by the App for actual clinical decisions.

Free Version Includes: • Access to beginner-level clinical cases • Basic XP tracking and progress • Standard AI feedback • Access to leaderboards Premium Features (with Subscription): The Medical Case Pro subscription gives you access to the full case library and advanced features. • Unlimited access to all 200+ clinical cases • All medical specialties unlocked • Detailed AI performance reports • Priority case recommendations • Advanced analytics and progress tracking Subscription Plans: • Weekly Subscription — ₺199.99 / week • Annual Subscription — ₺1,499.99 / year Subscription Information: • All purchases are managed through Apple's App Store and Google Play Store • Payment will be charged to your iTunes account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Account Settings
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services: • AI Service Providers: The App uses third-party AI services to generate clinical cases, feedback, and educational content. • Cloud Storage Providers: Your progress and account data may be stored on secure cloud servers. • Analytics Services: The App may use analytics services to improve functionality and user experience.
7. Data Storage and Termination
All data entered into the App, including case history and performance data, is securely stored on cloud-based servers and linked to the user's account. Users can manage and delete their data by logging into their account. Upon account termination, all user data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Medical Case is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Medical Case is strictly an educational tool and must not be used for actual clinical decision-making. Medical Case is not liable for any data loss, inaccurate AI-generated content, or issues resulting from software bugs or hardware failures. AI-generated clinical scenarios and feedback are for educational purposes only and may not reflect all real-world clinical nuances.
9. Intellectual Property
The name "Medical Case" and all associated logos and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use the name "Medical Case" or any related branding in connection with your own products or services without our prior written consent. Case content and AI-generated educational material are owned by Medical Case and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Updates to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any changes.
