1. Purpose of Processing Information

The Owner establishes and presents this privacy policy to protect the information of individuals using the Medical Case – AI Medical Case Simulation mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") and to resolve any relevant complaints. The Application primarily collects non-personal information and Usage Data for the following purposes: • Service Provision: Providing the clinical case simulation and AI-powered educational services offered by the Application • Service Improvement and Development: Improving existing services, AI model accuracy, and developing new educational content • Statistical Preparation and Research: Processing of pseudonymized information for statistical preparation, scientific research, and preservation of records in the public interest • Security and Fraud Detection: Detecting any malicious, unauthorized, or fraudulent activity

2. Health & Medical Data — Important Disclosure

Medical Case is a clinical education and simulation platform. In the course of using the App, health-related and medical information may be involved in the following ways: Nature of Health Data in the App: • All patient cases, symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment scenarios presented within the App are entirely fictional and AI-generated. They do not represent real patients, real diagnoses, or real medical events. • Medical information provided within case scenarios is strictly for educational simulation purposes. It does not reflect real clinical facts, and any information encountered in the App must never be used for actual medical decisions. • User responses to clinical questions (e.g., selected diagnoses, treatment choices) are collected anonymously to improve AI model accuracy and educational content quality. This data is never linked to any personally identifiable information. How Health-Related Usage Data Is Used: • To evaluate the quality and accuracy of AI-generated clinical scenarios • To improve the educational value and realism of case content • To identify patterns in learning and adapt difficulty levels • Data is processed in fully anonymized and pseudonymized form — it is impossible to trace back to any individual user What We Do NOT Do: • We do not use any health-related interaction data for advertising or profiling • We do not share health-related data with insurance companies, healthcare providers, or any third party for commercial purposes • We do not store personally identifiable health information of any kind • Information gathered within the App is never used outside the scope of improving the App's AI and educational quality This disclosure is made in full compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store health data policies.

3. Items of Information Processed (Non-Personal)

The Application collects and processes the following non-personal information and Usage Data necessary for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the service: Automatically collected information through user activity (Usage Data): • Service Use: Cookies (for necessary functions), service use records, device information, advertisement identifiers • Analytics Data: Number of sessions, session duration, operating systems, device model • Case Interaction Data: Types of cases attempted, anonymized answer selections, completion rates, XP earned • Performance Metadata: Response times, difficulty level preferences, specialty interests Note: Medical Case does NOT collect any directly identifying personal information such as: full name, email, password, credit card information, bank details, phone number, SMS content, Google ID, or Apple ID.

4. Period of Retention and Use for Information

The Company retains and uses the User's non-personal information (Usage Data) while the user is an active member. • Information related to the use of service: 3 months (for service operation and analytics) • Case interaction and performance data: Retained until user deletion or account termination • Records on handling consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (Consumer Protection Act) • Other aggregated Usage Data may be retained for longer periods for statistical research and service improvement When the user requests withdrawal from membership or the Company achieves the purpose of collection and use of information, the Company will immediately destroy the relevant information.

5. Provision of Information to Third Parties

The Company may provide pseudonymized information (Non-Personal Usage Data) to a third party, and in that case, the Company shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Act. Health-related interaction data (anonymized case responses) is never shared with third parties for commercial, advertising, or non-educational purposes.

6. Processing Information Subsequent to Outsourcing of Work and Overseas Transfer

The Company may outsource the processing of Usage Data to third parties to enhance service functionality. Examples include: • Google Inc. (USA): Collection and analysis of usage history of the Application (Analytics) • Cloud Storage Providers: Secure storage of account data and case progress • AI Service Providers: Processing of clinical case generation and AI model operations

7. User's Rights and Methods for Exercising the Rights

The user can exercise the right to correct, delete, and suspend processing of his or her non-personal Usage Data against the Company at any time. 8. Destruction Procedures and Methods for Information

The Company destroys the non-personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary. All anonymized case interaction data is purged upon account termination.

9. Technical and Administrative Measures to Ensure Safety of Information

The Company takes technical and administrative measures, such as encryption, access controls, and internal management plans, to ensure the safety of all Usage Data collected through the Application.

10. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Information Collection Devices

Cookies are used for security management and service improvement. Users can typically adjust their device settings to limit the use of certain tracking technologies.

11. International Transfer of Information

The Company may transfer non-personal Usage Data to countries outside the EEA or the Republic of Korea for processing purposes (e.g., Google Analytics servers in the USA, cloud storage providers).

12. Protection of Information of Children

The Company does not knowingly collect personal information of children under the age of 13. The App is intended for users aged 13 and above, primarily medical students and healthcare professionals.

13. Amendment

Any amendments to the privacy policy will be notified to users in advance. This Privacy Policy shall take effect immediately upon publication.
